Hi Valerie, I am sorry you were not happy with the look of the vase we sent, we tried to do our best with the flowers that came in that morning. If you need specific flowers i would suggest you order ahead that we can get them in, we got that order in the mid morning to go out the same day. We do have a disclaimer on our site to let you know we may have to do substitutions. Thanks for taking the time to give us a review, and hope the recipient enjoys her vase.

i was not impressed with my delivery. to send a candle stick holder and an arrangement to sit on top was rather disgusting. if that is all you had in stock you could have made an effort to send something worthwhile. i am sure my son would have ordered something a little more inviting. even a candle on the holder along with a plant would have nicer. then the flower pot had holes in it covered by fabric and water flowed right through. it would be a long time before flowers are ordered. nothing very christmasy looked like a funeral arrangement.

Hi , I am so sorry you were not impressed by the arrangement we sent for your son, this arrangement was very popular this season that the recipient would have a tall arrangement to sit on their table and after to have a keepsake from the giver. Please call us on Tuesday as if water is flowing through? That is totally unexceptable and surprised we would not see the water flowing through a broken container? We would like to replace the container as this sadly should not have been overlooked. Sending quality product is extremely important to us! Thank you for sending a review

I was very excited to order the flower arrangement that I saw online for my daughter, unfortunately it was not exactly what I chose and to make things worse the next day half of the flowers were starting to die. I took pictures with the date and time, I was not going to complain however I believe that all companies should be aware of their products being sold to clients as I paid quite a bit for the arrangement.

100% we stand by all our product, unfortunately it is hard to make all arrangements as per picture,and have to do substitutions. I do wish we could have known what went bad, as it would have been replaced, we can only fix what we know. We would always want a call that we can make it right.

I ordered flowers for my Mom. Due to the pandemic, i received a call the next morning and was informed they didn't have the fresh flowers in stock but that they could make a basket up if I would like. I agreed, not knowing what my mom would receive. When it arrived my mom called me right away to tell me how beautiful they were and how much she loved them. When she sent me a picture of them I was completely impressed with what they had put together in such a short time with what they had on hand. I was totally pleased with the beautiful bouquet that was prepared for my sister's funeral. When I ordered we had just gone through a major snow storm where the roads had been closed in and out of Mitchell. Unfortunately, the flowers were not overly fresh on the day of delivery and therefore did not last very long. I am not sure that I would purchase flowers here again (or recommend this business to others) as nearly $100 is a lot of money for not fresh flowers that do not last very long.

Product delivered was not close to product ordered. Bubble bowl was a vase not a bowl at all. and it was a high arrangement where it should've been a short arrangement. Chocolates which were ordered in enhance arrangement were handed separately to customer and not incorporated into attangment.

Hi Anthony, I am sorry you were not happy with the vase sent out, we do our best to keep as close to the pictures online, but in such a busy season we do run out of certain vases and have to make substitutions. Chocolates are always given separately as there is no way to incorporate into a vase arrangement without harming delicate stems of flowers.
